Filipino visual artist meets Northern Artist Collective

Filipino painter Ted Bobier gets connected with the Northern Artist Collective group upon the invitation of Winnipeg North MP Judy Wasylycia-leis to a House Concert at St. Cross Street on February 9. The concert has Ric Leaf as the featured musical performer. The Northern Artist Collective is composed of visual and performing artists from the northend.
