Kevin was a guest speaker at the Provincial Capital of Cavite flag raising ceremony. After the ceremony Cavite Gov. Ayong S. Maliksi presented him a key to the Province of Cavite siting that he received wonderful comments about him from so many Winnipeggers who used to live in Cavite. The first workshop had over 500 people on the Gov. Ayong Maliksi farm.
