Aquino not Surprised by Survey Results

Sen. Noynoy Aquino was not surprised by the results of the latest Pulse Asia survey.

The opposition candidate said his opponents have already started campaigning long before officially filing their candidacies while he was busy doing his job as a legislator of the Philippine congress.

Aquino also said that the President’s deputy spokesman, Gary Olivar, has even praised Villar for keeping quiet on the many issues confronting the present administration. The senator hinted that Malacañang could be secretly backing Villar despite fielding its own candidate, Lakas-Kampi standard-bearer Gilbert Teodoro.
